Training built around you
Two ways I work with people in Wharton, and they fit together. Both start the same way: we sit down so I understand your body, your week and your why before I write anything down.

In-Person Training
One-on-one sessions where I coach every set. I coach according to what my client is looking to achieve — if you want to build muscle, I can do that; if you want to lose weight, I can do that too; if you want both, even better. I push each client as hard as they are willing to go and help them when they need it.
- A sit-down first, so the program reflects your lifestyle, goal and story instead of a template.
- Movements chosen around your limitations, not in spite of them. Bad knee, bad back, out of breath — we work with it.
- Form coached in the room, so you are not guessing from a video.
- Progress tracked on lifts week to week, because strength moves faster than the scale and keeps you going.
- Your intensity, not mine. I am not the type to scream and push you until it becomes miserable.

Nutrition Coaching
As a nutrition coach I will tell you plainly that food is essential for building muscle and making your body look the way you want. Eating less of everything is not a strategy. We set a target you can hit on an average Tuesday and build your real meals into it.
- Calories and protein set from your body and activity, then adjusted as the weeks go.
- Zero banned foods. The food you like stays in the plan at a portion that fits.
- Honest timelines, including the weeks where the scale does nothing and that is normal.
- Plateaus handled with small adjustments and patience, not panic and a stricter diet.
- A plan you could still be running in a year, which is the only kind that counts.
